Fairy Bells

Fairy Bells
A leafy green plant that springs up in clusters, the majority of the plant is rather uninteresting, save for the violet flowers that seem to bloom almost year-round. When the wind blows through the flowers, their seeds rattle around inside and create a curious ringing sound, much like tiny bells. Many rural children enjoy picking them and weaving the flowers into their garments, which then jingle as they run and twirl. There is also a legend that the sound of the flowers ward off evil spirits.

Falnurol

Falnurol
A wide-leafed plant with large pink flowers and thick roots containing a slimy gel. When the root is pulped, mixed with water and used as a poultice, it is effective against fresh burns, aiding rapid healing. The root-gel can also be thinned and drunk as a thick tea to counter the effects of blood loss

Falsifal

Falsifal
The falsifal is a brown mushroom found in the forests. Its shape is curved and when you cut it, it releases a small harmless gas. But a talented herbalist who knows how to recover this gas will make a maceration with surprising effects on breathing. A falsifal maceration doubles the value of the Constitution modifier (minimum +1) to calculate the time you can hold your breath and the number of rounds you can survive when you can't breathe.

Fetrefe

The fetrefe is a dark green moss dotted with white dots that grows along the trunks of certain trees in forests. The preparation made from this foam makes one more resistant to bruises. A fetrefe decoction grants advantage on Constitution saving throws against being unconscious for 1 hour. Also note that sucking a fetrefe moss, although the taste is not the most pleasant, helps relieve headaches.

Fire Lichen

Fire Lichen
Orange-white lichen that growths in warm underground areas, commonly found near volcanically active areas. Can be made into a spicy paste or fermented into a fiercely hot dwarven whiskey called Lichenball.

Firmanon

Firmanon
A small, red-brown grass that grows in singular sprigs in open fields. Throwing this into a fire, causes a short but very strong ignition of the fire. The flames double in size for 3 minutes and you can hear the air rushing towards the fire working as fuel for the ignition.

Flamemoss

This herb is a spongy, coral-like plant that is brittle and highly flammable. When struck or rubbed on a surface, flamemoss creates enough sparks to kindle a fire. Flamemoss itself is highly flammable. Flamemoss grows in caves and dark areas in arid climates. They make excellent flammable materials, but long exposure to sun or heat sometimes makes them catch fire, leaving burn marks in cave entrances or similar places

Flame Petal

This large flower blooms in the height of summer, unfurling large red petals, and yellow-tipped orange tendrils which sway in the faintest of winds to give the illusion that the flower is on fire. As they often grow in large clumps, at first glance one might even believe that the ground was on fire. Such flowers are sought as decoration during the Summer Solstice and Midsummer celebrations, and they are said to bring a bountiful crop to any person that would plant them near their front doors
