The ur is a peculiar tree which has yellow bulbs at the ends of its branches. Within these are black fruits, themselves enveloped in a thin red rind. This black fruit, called "urita", is used as a food substitute. A single dose of urita is equivalent to the nutritional intake necessary for half a day of food.
