A Spark is a Follower of the Hidden Flame who has determined their role is to assist those in extra need just to fulfill the day to day requirements of living. Sparks travel to locations of disasters or crisis, supporting those in extra need to get on their feet so they can start to develop their own talents rather than simply focusing on survival. Sparks could travel solo, in an adventuring party, or with a traveling commune.

A Spark is duty-bound to assist the less fortunate, down trodden, and victims of hardships and disasters.
Responsibilities
A Spark's task is to assist the less fortunate in becoming self-sufficient in their own lives so they can begin to devote time to discovering their own talents to assist in others, rather than simply struggling to survive. This effort could entail helping to rebuild after a natural disaster, working to broker peace for a war-torn area, providing refuge for those fleeing from a hostile environment, medical attention for those in need, or whatever else the Spark feels is needed depending upon their own skills and abilities.
